I know what you mean by "getting it" and even though everything may have spawned from "hippie" ideas, it's made this place so AWARE of how to life the eco-friendly lifestyle.

I get what you mean, but I think the song being the theme is about learning to live, as in if I don't change and love my life and the people in it, I won't survive. I don't think the intention was for it to be a weight loss song, but inspirational. I happen to love it and think it's very appropriate. I hope the song is inspirational to you and helps you to get through any tough

I had a conversation with my therapist once about how in our current generation there is a poverty of communciation. Texting, emailing, social networking, they've all taken the place of actual face-to-face interaction. It's a way of passively holding onto the idea of friendships and yet nothing tangible really exists. Of course, I'm saying this in a comment on your blog....kind of like the pot
